The 2021 Third Man is 77% Grenache, 13% Mourvèdre, and 10% Syrah from Olsen Vineyard. The finished wine was fermented 66% whole cluster with native yeasts and aged in predominately neutral large barrels.
The 2020 Mourvèdre was fermented 60% whole cluster with native yeasts. It was aged for 21 months in large neutral oak barrels. Upon opening, jumps out of the glass and screams, "I am Mourvèdre."
