    The 2015 Cabernet is a blend of 83% Cab Sauv, 15% Merlot & 2% Petit Verdot. It was aged in 50% new French oak and the remainder in 2-5 year old French barrels.

    The Reserve Cab is from 45+ year old Bacchus Vineyard, which stands above all our Cab blocks with its power and strength, while still being poised. The complementary vineyard is our Octave Estate in Walla Walla which brings complexity to the Reserve.
