“A Culinary & Wine Pairing Experience with Gramercy and Valo”

Join us for an unforgettable evening in the cellar at Gramercy! We will be featuring a four-course meal crafted by the exceptional Michael Ruhland, executive chef and owner of Valo Wine. Each dish will be expertly paired with Gramercy wines and served alongside the same varietal from Valo or Massalto, offering a unique side-by-side tasting experience.
Throughout the evening, Brandon, Gramercy’s winemaker, will share insights into the wines, while Michael will discuss the artistry behind Valo and Massalto. This is a rare opportunity to indulge in exquisite food and wine pairings while engaging with the minds behind them.

An in-depth wine tasting with Greg (Master Sommelier, Gramercy founder) and Brandon (winemaker) to dive into what Gramercy wines are really about. Be prepared to taste, laugh, and learn!

Cellar Standing Room for Walk-Ins:
You’ll be able to taste the same incredible lineup with our staff among the barrels in our cellar. Our tasting room is intimate and small, but we still want to see all of you, We’ve opened up the production space to allow guests to visit anytime 10am-5pm on Friday & Saturday. Please aim to arrive by 4pm at the latest.
